QUEDOS BILLIARD TABLES (QUEDOS) warrants its pool and snooker tables against defects in material and workmanship (excluding normal wear and tear).
QUEDOS, in its sole discretion, will either repair or replace any and all parts proven to be defective subject only to the limitations set forth below:
This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and may be enforced only by the original owner of the QUEDOS table.
Cloth, pockets and cushions are not covered by this Lifetime Warranty.
Moving parts which are subject to wear as part of normal use are guaranteed for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation.
Repairs or replacement of defective parts shall constitute complete fulfilment of all obligations with respect to the table. The Lifetime Warranty does not require the replacement of the entire table or “loaner” during the period that the table is defective or while the table is being repaired.
This Lifetime Warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural calamity.
Any defects must be proven to the satisfaction of QUEDOS to be due solely to a defect in workmanship or material. Any damage caused by carelessness, improper treatment, adjustment by the Owner or another party, wilful or negligent, is excluded from coverage under this warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness or usage for a particular purpose.
