All of our tables are individually made with the use of recycled or large fallen Western Australian trees, often being well over 100 years old. How is Your Pool Table Transported?

At Quedos we use a reputable storage to transport company. They supply a regular service from Perth to Sydney.
The components of the table and accessories are packed securely by Quedos staff who assist the removal company in loading the tables safely and securely into the truck/container destined for Sydney.
Once the table leaves the factory it generally takes 7 – 10 days to deliver and install the table in the Sydney metropolitan area.
We charge a competitive price to transport a table in The Lifestyle Collection from its Perth factory to the carrier’s depot in Sydney. This transport charge is included in the retail price of models in The Designer Collection.
The cost to transport the table from the depot to the customer’s residence and to set it up (i.e. ‘ready to play’), depends upon the distance from the depot to the residence, and access to the games room.
A very experienced and capable installer has been delivering Quedos pool tables for many years. They will charge a fixed price to pick up a 7ft. or 8ft. pool table and deliver it to a ground floor location (no steps), and set it up (ready to play).
There is an additional installation cost if steps are involved.

How Can I Have My Table Maintained and Serviced?

Con is available to carry out any repairs to the table and replace the cloth, when required.

What is Our Returns Policy?

Quedos is totally committed to delivering a product you will adore and love for many years to come. If you are not totally happy with your Quedos table, we will fix the problem or take it back without any cost to you as long as you advise us at the time of delivery (subject to certain conditions).

Care Tips for Your Quedos Table

To get the most satisfaction from every game played on a Quedos snooker, billiard, or pool table, you need to ensure that this exquisite piece of furniture receives the proper amount of maintenance. Here are some of the most important tips:

To keep the proper level and stability of the table, never, repeat never, move the table yourself. Even a slight move and create an uneven playing surface. Always have a professional relocate your table.
Schedule routine maintenance for the rails, cushions, pockets, slate top, and table covering. Playing on worn equipment will take the fun out of the game.
Always cover the top of the table when it is not being used. This helps to prevent any accidental scratches, to reduce exposure to harsh sunlight, and to keep humidity from getting into the table cushions.
Do not place any liquids on the railings as they may spill onto the surface area and leave wet ring marks on the wood. Unless it is a special wood cleaning solution, liquids are not wood friendly.
